Airfix SLS Artemis - full build video
Alright, so, I got 3 model kits from an auction. After looking at them and checking the contents, I realize one of them has a trademark from 1998. Which is... well, not that uncommon in the second-hand market. An Airfix kit, 1:44 scale plane.
But then there's this Revell kit, and looking around I see it first came out in 1988 - and the thing that first struck me was how damned yellowed the paper was.
And I see in the contest mentioning safety laws that it meets anno 1989. I think this kit is almost as old as I am.

70s Cool: Modern concept art for an Airfix 1/32nd toy soldiers set of the Planet of the Apes Gorilla Army in the 1973 'target' box style. This is great, would have loved to have these had they made them. Had loads of great Airfix toy soldiers sets in this scale and and the 8" Bradgate/Palitoy Gorilla Soldier action figure. (FTP).
