(via Is Moderate Drinking Possible for Everyone?)
Uuuuuuuuughhhhhhhhhhh
I am going to try to throw myself more intensely into my MM training and I am NOT looking forward to my crankiness when I start the abstinence period. I should probably buy some melatonin.
Moderation for someone struggling with addiction or labeled an addict has long been thought of as “sacrilegious” in the treatment industry.
*** 2019 YEAR IN REVIEW***
Today, continuing our Addiction Solution Podcast Year in Review, we're posting another extremely popular episode about the subject of Moderation from back in February.
In this episode, we discuss the topic of moderation within the addiction industry. Although moderation is discussed much more frequently now, compared to the past, it is still thought of as “sacrilegious” by many. As we delve into this topic, we discuss the facts regarding moderation and debunk the myths associated with moderation. This is an episode you don’t want to miss, as the co-authors of The Freedom Model for Addictions take on the taboo topic of moderation.

I feel incredibly emotional but I’m not sure yet if it’s in a good or a bad way.
