Does anyone know any good workouts to do with a bum shoulder? I had surgery on a torn labrum a little over a month ago and I still can't really do much with it. In fact I JUST have been told I can do minimal strengthening exercises. I'm a workout fiend though and have been dying without being able to go to the gym. They just recently told me I could start doing the recumbent bike but I'm going stir crazy. So if anyone has any good ideas for workouts that don't jar the shoulder at all please let me know!
