Modular Typeface : Pintrest Inspiration 

Before beginning to design my Modular typeface I began by looking to Pintrest for some inspiration and research. I have included the 3 modular typefaces which caught my eye the most.

What really drew me to this typefaces was first of course the colour , but also how the first and third typefaces make use of different opacities and overlaying of shapes to create the modular typeface.

Opacity and overlaying is something I plan on playing around with when creating my own typeface. After designing my original concept for my typeface I will then venture into the idea of colour.

I used Fontstruct to create this typeface. I tried to create something simple with the use of negative space.
