day 4 of the @tedlassocreativecorner February daily drabbles challenge

They won the gosh darn match.

It was a victory, even if they didn’t win the league. 

“Sweet victory, my favourite mistress,” he heard Moe tell reporters in his post-match interview and Ted had to agree that though winning wasn’t everything, victory sure could be sweeter than his Aunt Dee’s pecan pie.

The team was still singing as they showered, both in champagne and beer and eventually actual water and hopefully shampoo and body wash. 

“How about that, Coach? Nice to go out with a win, isn’t it?” Beard asked, handing him a cold beer. 

It sure as heck was.

Of the people in Ted Lasso who do you think likes spicy food the most?

Hmmmm. If we’re going purely by personalities I would say Bumbercatch because he’s such a wild card.

I reckon Bumbercatch was one of those kids that wanders off at the park and turns up three hours later holding court to a flock of pigeons

Cumberbatch's accent always sounded English to me so I'm wondering if he was born in Switzerland then came to England as youth player or spent a lot of his childhood in England which led to his English accent. Like Kasper Schmeichel who is Denmark's goalkeeper but has an English accent because he spent his childhood in England because his dad's football career was mostly in England and spent a lot of his football career in England.
