Stop Changing Capaldi’s Costume!
Can we please for the love of Gallifrey, STOP MAKING NEW COSTUME VARIANTS FOR THE 12TH DOCTOR?!!??! The new series has been filming for 4 days now and there have been 3 new costumes for poor Capaldi! It must stop! My friend is a compulsive buyer and cosplayer and he wants EVERY SINGLE VARIANT of the 12th Doctor. He spent £109 on the new coat and now he’s online AGAIN ordering a new blue waistcoat! The toy companies are going to end up making so many different outfits for the Doctor, imagine how much that’s going to cost! I prefer a Doctor to have one recognisable outfit, hence why I love and cosplay the 5th Doctor, One outfit. And while there’s a few different jumpers, just one cricket jumper will do. But Capaldi has a few different coloured coats now, multiple materials, multiple inner linings and multiple PAIRS OF TROUSERS TOO.
Can we PLEASE settle on an outfit for Capaldi and keep the damn thing?! It’s getting stupid!
