Cuban Style Pulled Pork Tacos with Mojo Verde (recipe)
Inspired by the South-American kitchen I made these Cuban style Pulled Pork Tacos with Mojo Verde. I used the Napoleon spitroast and charcoal tray to test how well it works for long sessions. You can put the pork neck on a regular grid too! Delicious smoke taste with the beech wood I used!
