It's not clear to me whether that's Eobard or Hunter (in his original outfit) because we can't fully see his eyes, but it may be Eobard because he's better known.  It's only a matter of time before he returns, TBH, especially considering how quickly he came back earlier...plus, his status is currently ambiguous, as he'd appeared in Deathstroke even though Hunter seems to think he's dead.  So he might already be back, or he might not.

Another possibility is that Lex is just viewing old footage of major villains, and Eobard isn't actually around.  It’s difficult to say.

Yeah if we gotta do the Terra Drama Rama again I really hope it’s pulled off pretty differently.

my introduction to the Terra Drama Rama was the Teen Titans cartoon and i’ve been let down by every other version that plays her as a sneaky traitorous villain. how dare you insult my rock daughter who gave her life to stop slade, comic that came out twenty years before the TT cartoon.

He's correctly identified many of the characteristics, but has completed missed the moral context of how they all go together. Also the art did not quite reflect it, but the line "Have to remember to smile. Flashes ALWAYS SMILE." induced mental images which might give me nightmares.

Certainly the Johns-era Hunter was similarly deranged, in which he could mostly function coherently and had some thoughts which made sense, but many of those beliefs were twisted to creepy and irrational ends.  I would have thought that after all this time he'd have regained more of his sanity -- for instance, he'd realized the gravity of what he'd done at the end of Rogue War and was remorseful, and then was later depowered and possibly freed from the influence of being unhinged from time -- but maybe he didn't get any better.  And perhaps spending time with Eobard in the 25th century didn't help matters.

But I agree, it is pretty terrifying...especially with that manic grin he's got.  He really needs help.

mojo120 replied to your photo post: yeah with Anti-Monitor (and it seems this is the REAL Anti-Monitor that caused CoIE I guess Mobius AM is gonna be retconned to something different) back this week and Mandrakk back last week in the Unexpected it seems DC is building up to a new Crisis with all these mega threats coming back (and yeah Im REALLY curious as to how Thawne locked up the Anti-Monitor) also with Thawne kinda dead/MIA for now, Hunter is for the time being the main Reverse Flash again isn't he?

It's not entirely clear if Eobard's dead, but he doesn't seem to be around, at least.  He showed up in Deathstroke a while back (not a Flash title, obviously, so maybe his presence wasn't really cleared with Flash editorial), but Hunter seems to think of him as dead.  So it does seem as though Hunter is the main Reverse Flash at the moment.

And yeah, it sure seems like a new Crisis is coming.  Wonder how they'll do it, and what the outcome will be?  I do hope Mobius is gone or retconned away, because he was rather underwhelming.  That whole story arc was weird and seemed rushed, and it'd probably be best if any upcoming stories aren't anchored to it.

The eternal question :\  Maybe the Strength Force can temporarily regrow a limb, but he’ll lose it once he’s no longer tapping into it?  Or maybe the cover artist just didn't know about his missing arm and it’s not indicative of the actual story.  We'll see, I guess.

Indeed!!  And it’ll be interesting to see what’s done with them both from this point.  Maybe they’re setting up Wallace to be the more serious one (possibly hinted at with the comment about Damian’s influence) while Bart is more carefree and goofy.

I think it's a bummer that Hartley is one of DC's first LGBT characters and mostly goes unrecognized in Pride specials -- though at least he's been in pinups in two specials in a row now, so not completely forgotten. However, it does seem like the last two specials have generally focused on newer and younger characters, probably for a youthful audience. (Some of the characters aren't new, but only came out in the last few years.)

In those cases it's probably better to go to a trusted site than rely on the AI anyway, but the program should definitely be yanked if it's screwing up those kinds of simple answers. Or even if people have lost faith in its answers being correct, because then it's pretty useless.

AAAA i know! theres so many things to talk about that we learnt in episode 5! we know already from s1 that she has 12 sisters but we didnt know anything about brothers, now we’re shown one that isnt afraid to manipulate minds, and we’re IGNORING that!?

m’gann used to do the whole mind manipulation thing and she learnt that it’s wrong and grew from that. if ma'alefa'k is willing, she’d be a great teacher for him. i’d LOVE to see a storyline where she goes back to mars and fights and/or inspires others to fight for equal rights. i’d love to meet her sisters!! im really annoyed that everyone is only talking about supermartian when a potential revolution (?) led by m’gann is RIGHT THERE

Yeah generally most of 52 and the stuff around it was good but Terra totally got friged f. I don’t even want to begin to comprehend what her current continuity is it’s a mix of preflashpoint and New 52 and frankly it makes very little sense.

man i was even reading the new Deathstroke comic for a while and i couldn’t tell you what happened in it. i know it wasn’t anything good for terra, though.
