Mokuba wasn’t really sure how he felt about this, going on a group date. It sounded a bit odd but he wanted to hang out at the arcade with his friends, and meeting new people was never bad. Kazu had assured him that he didn’t have to feel obligated to do much more than just talk to people, that Mokuba was okay with.

The male was out of the house and to the arcade in almost record breaking time. He wasn’t the first to show up but he was thankful to not be the last, Kazu was actually the last to show up. Now he knew they were just waiting for the girls. Kazu’s friend knew one of the girls already and that’s what sparked the idea of this. Honestly, he was pretty excited. He was so used to hanging out with only his friends, a change of pace would be nice, especially now that he was actively trying to do different things.

They didn’t have to wait long for the girls to show up and they were all being introduced. They were all sweet but one girl stood out to him the most, though he hadn’t even spoken to hurt yet he felt all nervous and his chest felt warm. “Hello, I’m Kaiba, Mokuba.” He spoke, smiling at her. Maybe he was a little too formal in his greeting.

Crap, this was not good at all. Mokuba was currently booking it down the road to his house. He was lucky that he caught the last train. But he still had quite a bit of a walk to his house. The reason Mokuba was rushing so much; He was out way past his curfew. Maybe his brother was at the office and wouldn't know, he didn't have to find out. 

The male had been where he said he was going, mostly. He and his friends hung around the pier for awhile but the longer they stayed, the more bored they all got. So to remedy this, one of his friends suggested a party that was down the road. Of course Mokuba had to go, he wasn't going to stay at the pier by himself, and it'd been way too early to go home yet.

What the teen didn't expect was how long they'd all spent at the party. Though mokuba had only been conversing and watching some classmates of his play video games drunk, he still managed to spend a couple hours there. By the time he noticed, his curfew had come and gone.

Now he was here, right outside his home. No, he couldn't just walk through the front door. If Kaiba was home and still awake, he'd be dead. The windows, that'd work. Mokuba made his way around the house to one of the windows further from the front. His eyes widened when he tried to open it and found it to be locked; he'd just try another. 

There was no way, every single window on the ground floor was locked. He'd spent a half hour judt trying them all, and there was no way he'd make it up to his room from out here. Maybe, backdoor.

"Crap..." Mokuba muttered under his breath. This door was not normally locked. What was he supposed to do now? Mokuba knew the answer, the front door. It was all he had left. 

The teen was slow moving as he moved around thee house for the last time. he was nervous, but what were the odds his brother was home, or even still awake? It was almost two in the morning now, there was no way. When Mokuba reached for the knob and it turned, his heart rate sped up. he just had to be as silent as possible. The teen took a deep breath and very slowly pushed the door open, just enough for him to slip through. He slowly shut the door behind him, leaning against it for a moment before slowly stepping forward, determined to make it up the stair case as quietly as possible.
