Dreaming happens in REM sleep, which is intense mental activity, you can't move your muscles except the eye movement (Rapid Eye Movement), who doesn't have REM sleep feel mentally foggy and wake up next morning with impairment in thinking (might be a factor that makes Chuuya short tempered!! :D)
