Goals

I have come to the realization to NOT freak out of being a “single mother”. It’s ok to work on myself and focus on my goals. 2019 has been the year of accomplishments.

The climb.

I’m 28 years OLD. And that’s how I feel... old. I went to a tech school right before I had my first born. I never went to college to finish my basics. As the years past I felt older, and older then too old to go back to school. I made it a goal to enroll back in school last year. I started my two night classes in January. I have a full time job Monday-Friday and aftwards is mommy duty. If you want something you WILL make the time. My mom has been one of my biggest supporters. I told her I wanted to enroll in school. I went to admission to see if i could take online classes. But since it’s been about 6 to 7 years since I’ve been in a class room they recommend starting off taking classes in campus. Which made sense. My mom stepped, she helps watch my kids while I go to night school two days out of the week for three hours each day. It gets exhausting and overwhelming. But I remind myself why I’m doing this and picture myself running across the big white finish line. I can do this! I am beyond proud of myself. It was a big move for me. I plan to finish in 5 years. The years will fly like they already do. Minus well make them worth it 🥇🎉
