I haven't been super consistent with working out or always eating right but I have tried to remain consistent makes better choices and trying to move more.
As of today I have been soda free for 1 month. Which is awesome because I never thought I'd be able to do it.
I'm seeing results! I didn't feel like I had really done anything! But I have! I haven't weighed in in several weeks. I'm not too concerned about what the scale says vs how I look how my clothes fit.
I'm so proud of myself! I can't wait to see what happens when I get consistent with my workouts!
I'm so excited!
Like I said in my last post I'm not necessarily going by what the scale says but I've lost 6 pounds since the start of my journey a month ago!
I started walking again today. And tracking my food. I've been eating like crap the last 2 weeks or so. I'm back on track now.
I know it wasn't much but I already feel better just taking 30 minutes to myself and going for my walk. I listened to music and enjoyed the weather. It went from winter to summer in the blink of an eye.
It took me a while to walk but I'm better than where I started a month ago. My legs didn't burn the whole time and I was out of breath. Now my back hurts but it was hurting before that.
I'm going to try and get an actual workout done tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
Fell off the wagon.
This last couple weeks have not been good. I've been busy and stressed. I've tried making good decisions even when I'm making bad ones. Like only eat 2 fun size candy bars instead of all 6 like I wanted.
My kiddo has been sick with an upper respiratory infection and the weather here has been ridiculous so I couldn't take him out with me for our walks we normally would go on.
I haven't been tracking my calories or macros. I haven't weighed in. But my shorts I bought at the beginning of this are trying to fall off me. I call that a small victory.
Not the best sugar wise but it taste sooo good ans cures my candy cravings.
Went to the doctor today..
The not fun kind of doctor! But.. I did get diagnosed with PCOS officially. Now I can get my primary to prescribe me Metformin so hopefully it will help with my weight loss. 🤞
