Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup ketchup. 2 tablespoons yellow mustard. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hot dog buns. 4 hot dogs. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced onions for garnish. 1/4 cup pickled jalapeo slices for garnish.
Instructions: Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it turns brown and breaks up. Get rid of extra fat. Put the minced garlic and chopped onion into the pan with the beef. After a few minutes, the onion should be clear. Add the chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper, and mix them in. Let the sauce simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring every now and then, until it gets thick. While the sauce is cooking, grill or boil the hot dogs until they are done the way you like them. First, put a hot dog in each bun. Then, spread hot dog sauce on top of the dogs and top with shredded cheddar cheese. You can add pickled jalapeo slices and diced onions as a garnish.
