Ingredients: 12 chicken wings. 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a bowl, mix together Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Place chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag or a bowl, pour the marinade over the wings, and toss to coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight. Place marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not touching each other. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy, flipping halfway through. Remove from oven and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
