have you ever drawn a redesign of Monarch Bug? The show’s design of him was just….eugh

A while back, I wanted to redesign that HORRENDOUS look, but I didn't have the time back then :(

I don't have much time now either but I think I can manage a rough sketch.

This is my redesign of Monarch Bug, or at least I think that’s how I had designed it before. The skin is gray, with more of Ladybug’s armor details but still dark. The rest of the suit is pretty much the same, only the color changes. A long cape that should mimic the wings and a similar mask.

( I just realized it looks like Raiden or Monsoon’s masks, hahah)

Just saw your Hesperia redesign, I love it so much <3 <3 <3 I'm glad though that in Paris Special Hesperia never directly fought with his evil version, because your Monarch would rip him to shreds.

Does in your AU Gabriel ever temporary gained Ladybug or Black Cat Miraculouses, and became Monarchbug or Shadow Noir? If so, how do you imagine him?

Hahaha you might be right about that. About the other transformations, all of them happend like in the show, I'm just giving them my personal touch. For MonarchBug, it will look very similar, red and black, with a subtle change on the mask and the shoulder armor. For Shadow Noir, it's a more complicated explanation, but basically elegant and light armor with a scary turn. I'll make the designs someday👍
