I tend to let myself off the hook for my practice on the weekends. There’s something deeply nourishing about letting up on the routine and setting the schedule aside for a day. What I find, though, is that I come back to my practice on Monday morning like an oasis in the desert. This is where my heart is filled, especially after such a demanding weekend. A huge shout out to everyone who came out to #YogisGuideToTheEnneagram this weekend at @practiceyogaaustin. It was such a blast. By the end of day two, teaching had really taken it out of me, but in the best way. I’m happy to have discovered my soul work, and I’m even happier that I get the opportunity to actually do it. I’ve got some super awesome #yoga and #enneagram related awesomeness coming out in the new year, so be on the lookout! What kind of stuff would you like to see? What would help you most on this #enneagramjourney? More workshops? Online courses? Podcast? Books or other written resources?
