This is an older piece I drew, but @debaoki has informed me that today would be the creator of Lupin III, Monkey Punch's 85th birthday! Kazuhiko Kato (Monkey Punch's actual name) passed away in 2019 at the age of 81. Still, his legacy lives on with upcoming Lupin III movies, specials, and TV series as the professional thief and his gang continue to steal our hearts! 😊 (Last year was Lupin III's 50th anniversary). I managed to crank one last cosplay out for 2020! Fujiko Mine from Lupin III! Lupin became a big comfort show for me and my fiancé. I’d watched bits but this year we had time to really deep dive in, so when my patrons voted for her in one of the cosplay polls I was pleased as punch!!! The costume was obviously really simple but I’m super proud of how this wig turned out, I wanted it to feel authentically late 60s and have fujiko’s weird layers and I think I pulled it off pretty well!
