She had been thrilled throughout the practice meet, though now she felt more embarrassed that anything.

The look of concern on the other player's face did little the help nerves bubbling in the blonde's belly. She managed not to cry our feeling Sage place his hands on the tender muscle around her joint.

Her face contorted in a clear attempt to not start crying, lips pressed thin together. She nodded brows furrowed, instinctually she had reached out with her free hand to grasp onto the hem of his practice jersey seeking some sort of comfort.

Jackie was returning to Beacon from a trip out get something to make for dinner, something from home too, but as she walked through a small park in Vale City to the airship service to and from Beacon, she spotted Sun in a tree...wait...

That didn’t look like Sun, far as she knew, Sun was a boy, yet the lookalike was definitely female, the lioness wasn’t sure how to approach them, maybe they were just a Sun fangirl, or even a twin sister he never told her about, either way, she had to find out.

“Hey, what’s your relation to Sun Wukong?” She asked, looking up to see them doing exercises.

“So, welcome to your extended stay suite.” The tall jackal-eared faunus Ivory had been referring to as Sterling says, motioning to the set of rooms the surprise Cheshire guests had already been in for a while. He was dressed primly in a traditional manservant’s outfit and his long hair was tied back in a neat ponytail that went down his back. He looked somewhat nervous, however. “Not going to lie, I never thought I’d see the day we had faunus guests in this kind of profile but... Eh, forget I said that. You already know the routine, but if you need anything, let me know. I was assigned to your quarters so I’ll be here if you need food, amenities, whatever. We have a desk phone that goes right to the butler and a quick-page option if you just want to get to me directly.”

Sterling folds his hands behind his back and offers a polite nod and smile. “That should cover the basics. Did you have any questions?”

Shanyin couldn’t really sleep tonight, so he figured getting some training done would tire him out. But that was a few hours ago and he still wasn’t tired. So, he decided to call Sun and ask to meet him in town to get something to eat. Maybe hanging out with someone would get his mind off what was bothering him. He was so wrapped up in his thoughts, he didn’t notice someone approaching him from behind.
