Day 11 of mono diet
result after Day 10: +0.8kg
although I made sure to move a ton yesterday, my body got stressed for sure and I was already feeling the extra weight today in the morning
did another choco day since it's the only food I have left that I can use as a mono food. And also it usually helps a ton with water weight.
it was definitely the hardest time though, felt my stomach eating itself at one point, but at least I didn't have much cravings
had a total of 100g of chocolate per day and one coffee with milk(improvement lol)

today was the last day of my mono diet, now I'm going to take a 4 days break while I'm going to stay at bfs place and I'm going to restart the diet as soon as I come back
Day 10 - break/binge

I saw 57kg on a scale today!!!! it's my lowest weight so far! I still can't believe it!!!
but I binged today...what a way to celebrate.
happy that I stayed on track 9 days in a row, but I was so determined to get 11. I had to cook some delicious food and lost control, cooking is always a challenge for me. I was in a lot of pain after, these mono days have shrinked my stomach a lot. I tried to walk it all off, hopefully I could burn some of those cals.
tomorrow I'll still do one more day of mono and the following days will be my forced break since I'm not going to be at home. And with no access to scale 😫

did another choco day, but wasn't excited for that this time and ended up having only about 80g of different chocolates combined. And also felt like I had more coffees than food today. Not complaining at all though, I wish every day was just like this one!

I'm at 58kg!!! So happy!!!
Had a cookie day today. I'm not a fan of cookies whatsoever, but got Walkers shortbread cookies and they're my absolute favorite. Very simple in ingredients and since these are like 30% butter I didn't have those insulin drops and I wasn't hungry throughout the day.
Having my coffee with cookies was the best thing.
So in total I had 150g of cookies and I also had some milk(coffees again).

An almond day is completed. Had a total of 110g of raw, unsalted and unpeeled almonds. Glad I got the unsalted nuts this time, it's so much easier to eat less. Guess salt triggers some cravings.
I'm beginning to really like these days only on nuts. In the past It always seemed like it's so little food for the whole day, but in reality it works well. Definitely better than eating fruits!
Still had lots of coffees with oat milk, so about 150kcal come from that.

yaaay I'm 59kg again
Today was an old classic one for me - apple day. I was hesitant about doing it, because I have a not so great experience with it, but this time it was much worse. Got sick of the apples just after having a second one, they don't fill me up at all, my stomach is rumbling and I don't think I'll sleep soundly this night...
Had a total of 7 apples today, half of them were quite small. Might have another one later if it gets too bad. I've had a good chunk of my calories on my coffees today though, did much better for my hunger than those apples for sure.

Today was a protein bar day, ate 3 protein bars of the same brand and in the same flavour. These fill me up pretty well, so It wasn't that hard to do.
