I stumbled across a copy of Monopoly Junior for the PC

I played this game a lot when I was really little, you'd go around an amusement park playing Monopoly and various minigames. So out of nostalgia, I tried it out again, playing all four players to drag out the experience because I really have nothing better to do with my time

However, I'm strange and tired, so I added a little characterization for fun...

Player One, the yellow car, simply wanted to play a round of miniature golf at the park. After a few turns, he got to play, and Mr Monopoly congratulated him with a merry jig. However, he quickly realised that Mr Monopoly wasn't going to let him leave. He drove as much as he could, but discovered he was trapped in an eternal loop, with no means of escape from the park but bankruptcy. He slowly fell into a state of madness and paranoia as the game progressed...

Player Two, the blue car, knew from the start that luck was not on his side. Whereas all the other players used their first turn to buy some properties, he was left behind with a low roll, and began to sulk. Every oppurtinity he received for monopolization was thwarted by another player, causing him to grow bitter and jealous. Sinking into depression, player two collapsed his years of sobriety and began drinking again, driving around under the influence like a lunatic...

Player Three, the green car, was quite nervous about the whole ordeal. He was continuously started by the sudden appearance of colourful trains that shoot a dice each at the railroads. Too shy to talk to the other players without being terribly intimidated, player three eventually found solace in the water show. Finding peace, now one with the dolphins, things began to look up for player three... until he was confronted in a tragic manner...

Player Four, the red car, was just your average frat boy. He was pumped and excited to joyride around a theme park, making money and riding rollercoasters. Certainly the most social of the group, he would encourage some questionable banter between himself and the other players, though they did not respond well. Corrupted by his winning streak, player four gradually became more aggressive towards the others, frustrated by his slightest misfortune. Like player one, he too began to slip into insanity, fueled by his maniacal love for power and wealth, and began plotting to eliminate the other players through more violent means. Choosing the meek and nervous player three as his first target, the red car pulled up besides him...

and then the game crashed and I never got to find out how these story arcs end, so that was sad :c
