The Goan Monsoon
Rainy Days and Window pals...
July brought heavy rains to Goa, keeping me indoors for a week. As the rain poured relentlessly outside, my window became a portal to a vibrant world. Amidst coconut trees, and a well teeming with life, I found unexpected companions - from turtles and fish to cats and crows. This photostory is a testament to the beauty and intensity of the Goan monsoon, a chapter in life where heavy rains kept me indoors but opened my eyes to the wonders just beyond my doorstep.
Warm, wet afternoons during the monsoons are a good time to rest, stretch and sharpen your claws (if you're a leopard). Aditi lives at our Manikdoh Leopard Rescue Centre.

What is rain, if not the cosiest experience! 🌧️
