des.: You and your group are up on Weekly Idol as the strongest female debut in 2015 along with Monsta X as the male one. As the main dancer in the group they make you do a random dance challenge at one point Sunmi’s 24 hours comes up and you spontaneously grab I.M to help you out. Somehow this leads to more.

A/N: Hii! i’ve been working on some stuff the last two days since my summer break started like a month earlier than usual, There will be another series coming up! It’s rather leaned on horror. I hope you enjoy this drabble thingy :)

You stood silently with your members behind the camera next to one of your favourite groups out there, Monsta X. You waited for the instruction for you and your group to come in the studio in front of the camera. You stood there admiring the male idols, their hair didn't look real and their make up was blending as well as their outfits were bomb.

“fighting!” came from minhyuk to your right. Caught off guard you smiled and shook your fist “yes! fighting” you slightly bowed. As the youngest one of your group you were used to bow to literally everyone because most of the time everyone is older.

“And we have two very special groups here today! Since everything is about the great year 2015 and it’s success today, we have the two most successful male and female group here, please welcome Monsta X!” Coni caught your attention again. With loud cheers and their current title song ‘Jealousy’ they entered the set. Jooheon and I.M literally ugly danced into the set, which had you laughing on the floor. As the music stopped they stood in a line and listened to Don and Coni. They talked about their new song Jealousy  (which issa bop btw) and their upcoming world tour.

“And now to our second amazing group. They debuted one week after Monsta X and battled the charts with them. Please welcome Y/G/N” Your new title song started and you ran into set and started dancing while singing along loudly. Out of all the excitement you ran to the back of the studio and made a flik flak aiming to the front. Loud cheers and screams could be heard as well.

“Y/N! Where did that come from?” Coni laughed as you caught your breath to high five him. “We are on Weekly idol! What do you think I would do?” you laughed as you slightly hugged Coni. You were put as the last in the row right next to I.M.

“So, Y/N you guys just ended the Asian & European leg of your world tour yesterday right?” you nodded, earning a wow from the boys. “We were on tour for about 7 months and we came back from Hong Kong yesterday at about 4am” Miyeon answered and the boys gasped “4 am?” Jooheon whispered to Wonho. “That means you didn't actually sleep, right?” Don asked shocked. You laughed and shook your head “We had some sleep on the flight and on our way here! We are functional” you laughed.

Coni smiled and nodded as Don continued the show “So, on your world tour each one of you had the chance to show your individual talents. Would one of you like to show their talent?” Your members automatically pointed at you and started to repeat your name. “Y/N! It’s you! You're the main dance right?” you nodded and smiled “We prepared a little dance challenge for you. You will hear snippets of hit songs which you'll dance too. If you get at least 10 out of 15 you will get a price” Coni pointed at a basket of meat which was brought in by a stuff. You clapped and stretched yourself to show off a little. Making your joints crack and bend all the way back to touch the floor to earn some cheering.

The music started and you new literally every song played. But as Sunmi’s 24 hours came as the last song, the part of where she's lifted up by her backup dancer was played. Out of reflex you turn around to grab a male human being to help you out. And the male human being is none other than I.M “Just lift me up when I put my arms on my waist!” you say fast as you started dancing the choreo. The others were dying out of laughter as I.M stood there completely shocked and taken aback. He just stood behind you and as you put your arms on your waist he grabbed you and lifted you as high as he could.

As you came down you immediately turned around and bowed to him and fast hugged him to show your gratitude. He laughed awkwardly and walked back to his place.

The result came to 14 of 15 and you won the basket of meat. Don & Coni were on to explain the next thing. But you kind of felt bad for Monsta X as they didn't have a chance to play a game and win something so as you received the basked with meat you took 2 packages of meat, and walked over to the boys who were sitting on the opposite side of you and handed wonho and I.M the packages with a big smile on your face.

Happily you jump-walked back to your seat and as you sat down Don asked “Y/N, it's your price. Why are you sharing it?” you smiled and wiggled your feet in happiness “ Because they didn't play a game and I'm sure they would've won too. And sharing is caring! “ You shot finger hearts to the camera laughing.

“What a sweet soul! Anyways, thank you for watching and tune in for AOA next week!” You all waved to the camera goodbye “That's a wrap!” the director said loudly. You took your basket and walked out of set to give it to your manager with a small “thank you”. You waited for your members to say goodbye to the staff as Monsta X came up to you “Y/N, thank you very much for the meat. That was a real act of pure kindness! “Shownu said smiling as Minhyuk embraced you in a bone crushing hug. “Thank Y/N-sshi, now we can have some delicious meat for dinner” he smiled at you as he let go of you.

You laughed and smiled “It's really no big deal! Since I really like you I had absolutely no problem sharing with you!” you said caressing Shownu’s arm.

The boys left accept one, I.M. “Y/N hi um-h” he nervously scratched the back of his neck. “Hi” you silently gave back being nervous yourself. Did he really want to talk to you? “The thing with the meat was really nice of you-u I umh thank you” he rambled fast. You smiled and waved your hand “It’s no big deal, really” you answered smiling. You looked at him with big eyes waiting for something to happen but it seemed as if the world around you stopped working,like not a single thing in this universe wanted to interrupt your very awkward conversation. “I wa-as thinking, rather asking my-umh-self if you want to go for a coffee sometime” he finished his request with rosy cheeks and trembling hands.

You smiled softly and nodded “I would love to” Swiftly you grabbed a pen from the table next to your right and grasped I.M’s hand to scribble your phone number onto his hand. “Call me, I'll gladly make some time for you” you smiled and waved him goodbye as he stood there absolutely flustered and shy. With a small smile he left and couldn't stop thinking about you.

Your best friend and you work for the most amazing company ever, hiring Kpop artists for events. When fraudsters come into play, the two of you will be stuck scrambling to appease the client and either losing your jobs, or striking on luck.

   I follow Shownu and Minhyuk through the door, watching my step so I don’t embarrass myself. Wonho is quiet beside me as everyone removes their shoes in the foyer of their dorms. I look to the side to see Jooheon lock up after us, his eyes glancing to yours, making my eyebrows scrunch together. As I straighten my shoes and look over again, Jooheon is gone. I try to peer between the members for my best friend, but Changkyun starts talking to me, distracting me from my search.

   “The house has an entertainment room,” he fills me in as we all head towards said room. “It has video games, a dart board and a pool table. Anything you interested in?” I smile shyly, pursing my lips, and decide to try my hand at darts while telling him so. “Great choice,” Changkyun winks and tugs at my wrist. “Come this way. I’ll play against you.”

   Once we file into the room, Kihyun connects his cell to a Bluetooth speaker while Hyungwon and Minhyuk grab pool sticks, ready to play against each other. The rest of the guys fall onto the couch and talk amongst themselves, the atmosphere settling as everyone relaxes. Changkyun hands me a set of darts and gestures to the dart board.

   “I’m not really good at this,” I admit sheepishly.

   “That’s alright,” he encourages with a raised eyebrow. “We’re just having fun. You go first.”

   I step up to where he points and, as I ready myself, I have the sensation that someone is watching me. The hair on my arms stand on end as goosebumps prickle across my skin and I try to be discrete as I peek out of the corner of my eye. At the furthest end of the couch sits Wonho, eyes narrowed and trained on me. His gaze is so intense that I stiffen to try and suppress a shiver. Clearing my throat, I slowly let out a breath of air, trying to focus on the game as I take aim and then let the dart loose. I hit the larger white space designated to the number 1 and the boys clap enthusiastically for me.

   “Was that good?” I ask Changkyun, turning to him and forcing myself not to glance in Wonho’s direction.

   He stifles a smile and tells me, “Well…you got 1 point and you have to subtract from 301 until you reach 0.”

  I frown, “So I have 300 more points to go?” He nods. “Well, then it was a bad shot,” I huff incredulously, throwing my hands up in the air.

   “Look at it this way, at least you didn’t hit outside of the board.” I twist my lips, unamused, and he laughs. “Competitive are we?”

   I quirk my eyebrow at him and smirk before readying myself for the next throw. We play a few turns before I realize that you have yet to come back and I start to feel a little nervous. The boys were being great hosts, bringing me water, snacks and keeping me laughing, but my shy best friend hadn’t turned up since we got here and I couldn’t help but be worried.

   It was my turn again, but instead of throwing I say, as innocently as possible, “I have to use the bathroom.”

   “Sure,” Changkyun says turning. “It’s right through there. The last door on the left.”

   “Thanks.” Turning to Shownu, I smile widely and ask, “Mind filling in for me while I’m gone?” He shrugs, returning the smile and taking the darts from me. “thank you!” I sing as I walk away.

   Once out in the hall, I tiptoe softly down the tiled floor, enjoying the coolness beneath my feet as I try and listen for your voice. I’m peeking into the second door I find when a hand suddenly on my shoulder has me nearly jumping out of my skin. I gasp and whirl around, hand on my chest as it heaves in fright. The thrumming of my heart only calms a tiny bit as my gaze lands on Wonho’s large eyes that are glittering with amusement.

   “Can I help you with something?” he asks, his voice teasing as he grins down at me.

   He crosses his arms and leans a shoulder against the wall, and though casual, his presence seems to fill the space around me and I can’t help but feel everything else fall away as I stare up at him.

   “I-well…It’s just,” I stammer feeling my cheeks begin to blaze with embarrassment, my hands instinctively coming down to play with the hem of my shirt.

   “You didn’t really need to go to the bathroom... did you?”

   The way he looks down at me tells me he already knows, that he wasn’t fooled. I shake my head, scrunching my face into a sheepish smile.

   “Are you trying to get something you can sell to the journalists?” He suddenly asks, my jaw dropping before I stiffen and scoff.

   “I am not a Sasaeng! I’m just looking for my friend.”

   “Ah.” He smirks, making me feel like he knows something that i don’t, and i can’t help but frown. “Your friend is perfectly fine. Jooheon is keeping her company.” I narrow my eyes at him skeptically and he chuckles before pushing himself away from the wall and wrapping a hand around my wrist. “I want you to listen to something I’ve been working on. I need a new set of ears. Do you mind?”

   “Really?” I squeak in surprise before clearing my throat. The excitement of getting to hear a piece of work that was yet released has me forgetting about searching for my friend. “You want my opinion?”

   “Sure, why not?” he says with a shrug before winking at me and I almost stumble over my own feet as he tugs me a few paces towards the next door on the right. “This is the room Hyungwon’s and I are sharing,” he announces with a proud gummy smile.

   He opens the door and lets me step in first. I’m not sure why, but I’m surprised to find the room is tidy. Nothing out of place. But how much mess could they make if they are constantly on the move? There are two full sized beds on either side of the room, a computer desk in between holds a lap top with various recording devices around it. The laptop hums quietly as the groups logo floats across the screen. Wonho pulls the computer chair out and offers it to me. I sit without protest.

   When he reaches over for the wireless mouse, my eyes widen and I hold my breath, flustered at having his face so close to mine as he leans over my right shoulder. He wakes the screen up, seemingly unbothered to be this near me, and then opens the program he uses to produce and save his creations. Loading a file, he naturally rests his chin on my shoulder and I stiffen. Jesus, was this really happening? Am I actually sitting in Wonho’s room while he’s leaning on me? This was something I would have dreamt of, but never actually believed would ever happen.

   I’m unsure what to do. Scooch away and give him some space? My brain scrambles as I stare dead ahead at the multicolored rectangles that appear against a gunmetal grey background.

   Wonho begins to speak softly, his lips so close to my ear that I have to close my eyes shut as a wisp of breath tickles the skin along the edge of my earlobe, sending tingles down my body. He continues talking though, and I can’t even concentrate on what he’s saying. Something about how each colored box represents a sound or something? I’m honestly not even sure.

   “…I just press here and it plays back all of those boxes at the same time and that’s pretty much how I create music using this program,” he trails off.

   “Uh…great!” I quip a bit too enthusiastically, eyes blinking several times as I continue to stare at the screen, dazed.

   Is it hot in here or is it just me?

   Wonho chuckles in my ear, low and deep and for the second time tonight I feel goosebumps crawl along my skin.

   “Take the mouse and click on the snare sound up there,” he urges and, as if my brain is still mush, my hand moves without question. My eyes widen at all of the buttons, and I hesitate as I try to find what he’s talking about. “Here,” he offers a second later as his hand slides slowly down my arm to lay gently over my now slightly trembling fingers. “I’ll guide you.”

   His palm is warm against the back of my hand, his index finger pressing down on mine, causing the mouse to click the button on the screen. The sound of a snare drum plays for a few seconds before he tries different variations of octaves, all the while his hand is still over mine as if it’s the most natural thing in the world. As he guides the mouse to the opposite end of the screen, his free hand brushes my hair away from my neck before he returns his chin to my shoulder. A slow R&B style rhythm begins to flow out of the speakers, the beats filling the room. Before I know what’s happening, I feel Wonho press a soft kiss into my neck. I don’t move at first, still feeling like I imagined it. Was it accidental? Maybe he didn’t mean to…

   Any doubts I have dissipate quickly when he repeats the gesture, and follows it with a nibble on my ear making my breath hitch in my throat. I can actually feel Wonho smile against my ear, seemingly pleased to have such an effect on me. He twirls the chair, bringing me to face him and his eyes have visibly darkened, the lids heavy with want as he looks down at me. With his bottom lip trapped between his teeth, he extends a hand down towards me, that I gladly accept. He lifts me up onto my feet, an arm immediately snaking around my waist to tug me tight against his body. I gasp, though it’s barely audible as his lips swiftly latch onto mine, muffling the sound. I melt into him, my arms coming up to grip his toned arms, my fingers squeezing at the tight muscles, and I love the feel of them rippling beneath my palms.

   He guides me backwards, pausing momentarily to slip his hands into the waistband of my leggings, his fingers gliding over the skin of my thighs as he slides the material down my legs. I watch him, lips pressed together in anticipation, until the fabric pools at my feet. I kick them off, not caring where they fly off to.

   Wonho straightens, pushing me against the wall and his roughness excites me, his eyes darkening when I moan from the impact.    Once I’m satisfied with how I look, I head out, finding Wonho is waiting just outside the door. He smiles warmly at me and I have to duck my face down to keep from letting him see just how flustered he makes me. I follow beside him, trying to act casual, as we return to the recreation room.

   Hyungwon must have won the pool match because he was now playing against Shownu while Kihyun was leaning against the wall, arms crossed over his chest as he watched the match.  Minhyuk and Changkyun were playing Mario Kart on a Super Nintendo, mouths slightly open as they concentrated. They were sitting on the floor while Jooheon and you sit on the couch, eyes on the screen.

   I have to press my lips together to keep from grinning. With his hand on his thigh, I can see Jooheon’s pinky reach out and subtly stroke at yours. You must be dying inside right now having your bias sitting sooo close to you that not even a sheet of paper could slide between your bodies. Wonho’s hand presses lightly on my lower back, directing me towards the couch.

   “I’ve been looking everywhere for you,” I hiss, hands on my hips as I pretend to be upset at you.

   You tear your eyes from the screen to look up into mine. Your eyes are wide, cheeks a bit flushed and you have a small silly grin on your face that I can tell you are trying so hard not to show. Could it be? Had my unnie and Jooheon been up to something not so innocent while they were missing? My own eyes widen in surprise when your hand shoots up to wrap around my wrist. You drag me down next to you and hug me tight. I can’t help but laugh, knowing by how you were behaving that something definitely had happened.

   “As much as I don’t want this night to end,” you say reluctantly to me, “I really think we should be going.”

   “Do you really have to?” Jooheon asks, overhearing you while Wonho watches me with hopeful eyes.

   “Yes, it’s pretty late,” I agree with a sigh.

   Wonho offers a hand to each of us to tug us up off the couch. Jooheon despondently rises from the couch.

   “You ladies are really leaving?” Kihyun saunters over with a slight pout.

   You nod regretfully and he gives you a side hug. Jooheon steps closer to you, a bit possessive and I have to turn my head against Wonho’s arm trying to hide my snicker. He looks down at me, eyebrow arched in question and I cock my head towards Jooheon. Wonho grins as he catches on quickly what I’m trying hard not to laugh about.  

   “Should we swap numbers?” Changkyun pipes up as he pauses the game. I’m sure my eyes light up at his suggestion. Of course, we’d love to swap phone numbers!

   “Yeah. If you all don’t mind,” I answer more calmly than my excited thoughts, taking out my phone from my small purse.

   “We promise we will never share them with anyone,” you add on, to assuage any misgivings if any of the boys were debating on releasing the data.

   The rest of the members join us and we all gather in a circle calling out our cell numbers and then adding each other on Snapchat. Once we’re all done, Shownu asks if we want him to take us home, but we decline and request an Uber instead. We say our good-byes to each member, but Wonho and Jooheon insist on escorting us outside. When we reach the door, Wonho stops me, letting Jooheon and you step through first.

   “I really liked hanging out with you tonight,” he confesses with a shy smile. I’m surprised by his change from pure confidence to this sudden insecurity.

   “I did, too,” I admit smiling reassuringly up at him.

   The smile on his face slowly disappears as he leans in for a kiss. I sigh, soaking it all up because, let’s be real, when will I ever get to do this again with him? My phone rings loudly in the foyer and we both jump and then laugh as I pick up. It was the Uber driver letting me know he was outside. I hang up and we Wonho opens the door.

   “Don’t be a stranger,” he grins.

   I roll my eyes and toss the words back at him, “No, you don’t be a stranger.”

   He laughs as I walk to you, shaking my head as you quickly pull away from Jooheon’s embrace. Why you were trying so hard to feign that you two weren’t into each other was quite amusing to see.

   “Bye ladies,” Jooheon calls as I hook my arm into the crook of yours, tugging you towards the awaiting car.

   We both slide into the back seat, confirming the address to our destination with the driver. As we begin to pull away, we both look back finding Wonho has thrown an arm around Jooheon’s shoulder and we both smile, neither of us looking away until they become nothing but indiscernible specs in the darkness.

   Straightening in the seat, you sigh dreamily, “Best. Night. Ever.”

   “Mhmm,” I hum in agreement, dropping my head onto your shoulder. “Definitely.”

   We’re silent the rest of the way, both of us lost in the memories of the night.
