Found this atrocity in my bathroom sink. Scared the shit out of me. It’s called a house centipede or Scutigera coleoptrata (personally I like to call it an abomination). It was 5cm long.

It’s a very helpful bug to have in your house, in the sense that it’s the apex bug predator (it eats spiders) and you’ll hardly ever noticed it, usually.

We suck it up with the vacuum cleaner. Now who wants a free vacuum cleaner? (I’m joking although I don’t plan on using it anytime soon).
