I went with Happy Erasmus to Montanejos, about an hour away from Valencia. We hiked about 7 kilometers through the mountains. 

➥ After the long hike, we stopped at La Fuente de los Banos de Montanejos to cool off in the hypothermal springs. 

➥ After a few hours in the water, we had a much shorter hike (just a couple kilometers) to visit la Cueva Negra. Everyone napped on the bus ride back to Valencia.

Today we celebrated the birthday of Daniela climbing with her and her friends in Montanejos! We had an amazing time teaching these climbing padawans how to explore the vertical world! Their courage, perseverance and hard work were really inspiring and reminded us that climbing is always about challenging yourself, getting over your own limits and, most importantly, about having fun!! 😃💪🔝 Believe it or not, we also learned a lot from them: our guides will certainly do themselves musicality accounts to stay tuned with the young souls! ✌ . Today we went climbing in Montanejos, a perfect area for the warm days that come with spring and summer around Valencia! We had a great time with Yuka (@yukawaleo), climbing a total of 13 pitches on her first outdoor climb in Spain!! This woman from Japan has a real talent going up on walls and impressed our team when she told them she has been climbing only since November! We are already looking forward following her in her adventures in high mountains and endless walls! She will definitely continue to impress us!! Funny fact: did you know that to say "let's go!" in Japanese, you say "gamba!", which means shrimp in Spanish? A tasty cheer up! GAMBA!💪🦐😂 . First multi-pitch climbing for Victor (@lumbita_zoo) in Estrecho de Mijares (Montanejos), route GP. Really nice views and recently equipped with bolts. Despite the temperatures of August, this wall reminds in the shadow during the morning that makes it possible to climb. A really nice adventure in a climbing paradise!
