Italy, dated 1450-1460 (possibly later), housed at the Real Armería, Madrid.

Figuredo Coat Defense,

the video quality is not the best, but I still really enjoyed doing the exercise and I think skirts work exceptionally well with the movement required for Montante. I'm still learning and training and I'm really excited to see my emprovement the next time I'll try this technique!
