MORNING DRUNCH!!! . . Power start to morning... :) I have been wanting to visit @papparotihyderabad since long time and thanks to #MonthofMore I managed it today. I booked by coupons on @dineout_india app for 50% off on food bill for #GIRF2019 . . The quaint place is located in Banjara Hills and I had to fight some serious morning traffic and reach there. Quite impressed with the decor, I placed my order for a Hot Chocolate and Caramel topped bun. They offered me their new all day food menu and I couldn't behold myself and ordered the grilled chicken on the bed of mashed potatoes. The hot chocolate was a bit sweet though no sugar was added. The bun was as any other bun only a little softer and crunchier outside. The grilled chicken look delectable only I was searching the bed of mashed potatoes but found it like a pillow on the side. I paid ₹429 after a 50% discount. Though the prices are premium I couldn't find much value in the ingredients. . . #DinnerDate DISASTER! Please read below!! LONG POST ALERT!! . . Last 2 days of #MonthofMore and we were going crazy to sort out places to try. Wanted to unwind today with a great ambiance, I invited my friend @utsabmitra for dinner at @mudbrickhyderabad and boy it turned out to be a little short of nightmare. . . We had booked 2 coupons from @dineout_india app with the #GIRF2019 deal for 50% off on total bill. We arrived on time and seated ourselves in the rooftop area under open skies. The weather was playing a hymn of breeze under the stars and we were all cheered up to try this #newplace . . Excited to see lasagna (though chicken) on the menu, we didn't delay much to order. My friend was in a mood for some pizza,.so we ordered a half-meter chicken tikka pizza. The lasagna tasted sour, greasy and tangy and we couldn't figure out how. It wasn't cheesy enough for us to help a second serving. The pizza was not astounding but decent. Though the chunks of chicken was too small to identify. No qualms,.we.wanted to.finish up with some lamb chops. Oh boy!! Mistake!!! It arrived and we were sure the lamb must have been taking part in beauty peagents for sure. The skinny chops with a little bit of meat as soon as dissected.was raw... 😠😠😠 I could hardly imagine it was the work.of chef and I immediately reprimanded and he accepted he was not their in the kitchen when the food came out. No quality check was done for sure. They offered to replace the dish to which we refused as the mood was already marred,.so they decided to waive off the charges for both lasagna and lamb chops from the bill. . . The prices are quite high compared to the portions served and I wasn't really sure if proper attention is being given on the food. This might be an also run if they don't immediately don't hold guard. Probably the worst #dineout experience till date. . .
