I am sure many of us do a lot of things for others- We work for someone else, earn, donate, give your time, money etc. help others whenever we can (i hope you do) but when it comes to our own self, “we don’t have the time”. Comment below if I’m wrong 🙈 We criticise ourselves, beat ourselves up over the tiniest of things, punish ourselves in ways that we would never punish anyone else 😐 One major act of kindness that I did over these past few months was to my own soul- I took out (still do) 10 minutes to meditate, and trust me, I’ve never felt more connected to myself and everything else.
