5.4 lbs down this month. I had a rocky start but about half way through I started IF. I've had days where I've slipped up with IF but I think it'll be a good practice to keep up with. I know some days aren't going to work out but that's life. Overall tho, I did really well with fasting. I also started to focus on my water intake mid March. For me....I am motivated by science and knowing why something is the way it is. If someone just tells me water is important...I'm like okay everyone says that...but why is it important? My coworker and I were talking one day and we both are sort of science nerds about the body. He was telling me that fat metabolism causes a lot of byproducts and drinking water helps to flush them all out. It made so much sense to me that I immediately got on the water train. Also thanks to @tjg1903 for reminding me every single day, multiple times a day to keep drinking water! I'm so thankful to have people in my life supporting me.
