Mudra of the day!
Apaan Mudra
This mudra helps release waste from the body specially your nose, mouth and ears. It is also an aid with constipation, menstrual cramps, stomach aches and liquid retention (diuretic). In other words Appan Mudra helps detox and purify the body.
Mudras can be practice while meditating but if meditation is not part of your practice bring your mudra with you while commuting or reading a book :)
Method: Place the tip of your thumb against the tip of your ring and middle finger. (keep your fingers stretched)
Caution: This Mudra should not be done by pregnant ladies before completing 8 months. After that a 10 minutes practice 3 to 4 times a day will ensure normal delivery.
