Anyone on lamotrigine/lamictal notice intense mood swings? I'm taking lamictal for my BPD and I have been crying daily. My treatment just started a week ago, but somehow I feel more intensely. :( is this common?

I have been waking up extra early for no reason the last few days and get upset that I can't go back to sleep. So today when I woke up before sunrise, I decided to go for a walk/jog instead.
