I think they put something in those plastic menstrual cups that compels everyone who uses them to tell you about it and that you should use them because they're great. PLEASE stop talking abt ur moon cups I'm not putting a cup in my vag. Thanks.

Give Tampons and Pads for xmas

Can we make this a thing? males get a year's supply of bathroom products every crimmas why dont we normalise periods and give girls feminine hygiene products. it'll be a big help for me i kno that much

I often get annoyed by the “moon cups are great and a solution for everything!” discourse that keeps popping up in the discussions of accessibility of feminine products. They may be great and cheap and eco-friendly but many women can’t use them for various reasons. (In my case, it’s vaginismus.)

I'm seriously jealous if you can wear tampons. Ugh. I ordered a cheaper version of a moon cup. I found one for $5. At the least, I don't mind spending $5 to see if a cup is a viable option. Better than $20-45. The reviews were good, so I have hope. I'd rather have it fall apart in a couple of uses if it'll tell me I can use a cup without spending that kind of money. I realize this is what healthy bodies/healthy uteruses are supposed to do so I can have babies... but I would be lying if I said I don't miss only have a cycle 3-4 times a year...

Today, about 8.15am, i went to the toilet to take a piss and I noticed that i had shades of pink on the paper when I wiped. Brace yourself, period is comming. But knowing that i wouldn't be home untill at least 4pm today and i had no moon cup, pads or tampons, I looked at my panties in anger and said "NO!". It's 9.30pm and i haven't seen a trace of my period since this morning. I think i scared it away.

I'm seriously thinking of using menstrual cups. My parents are totally disgusted by the idea of reusable pads, even though they're better for the area down there, but I think I could convince them. There's so many benefits! Anyone have any advice or more information about them, like which should I try first?
