okay but I love that bit in ghosts where alison's like "oh yeah we went to the moon" and all the alive during 1969 ghosts shrug like it's not a big deal, but the older ghosts are like "wtf the moon? the actual moon in the actual sky?!"

Because the moon is the constant companion of humanity. It's gazed down on every single living soul that's trod the surface of this world. We've all looked up and wondered what it's like up there.
