It's a Real Place
Christina came over the comms after her most recent turn in the windows and described this momentary epiphany that she had, that it just really struck her that the moon is a real thing, a real entity in its own space. And that struck me, too, because we live in the time of the rapid advancement of tools for generating realistic images, sounds, and videos -- where we can't take for granted that the things we see are real. So for a moment I really could feel, in my chest, why that was such a powerful moment for her.
