滿記士多 Moon Kee Store Saturday 13th January 2018 The fictional story Salted Caramel was first shared in English and Cantonese on Saturday 13th January 2018, to an audience who gathered to support an independent convenience shop (士多). The small shop purchased 200 ice creams, but shortly later discovered that the landlord would not continue their rental contract.
On that Saturday night, the story came in the form of an ice cream cone package and was kindly placed on ice cream purchases by the caring grandad, who runs the shop with his good-hearted wife.
The enduring shop, now in its fourth location, will sadly close down on 31st January 2018. Please walk the extra distance to support local and independent shops, whenever and wherever possible.
[...] It is these stories, these buildings, and these streets that create the authentic city of our lifetime
