"Tell me stories about you or your day" -- If you could tell teenage you a story about "now" you, what would you tell them?

Oh um.... I guess I’d tell her all about my extremely queer experiences? Teenage me was very in the closet and just a super involved ally (while also parroting the “I don’t care what gay people do as long as they keep it to themselves” rhetoric my dear old mother was spouting off. Oh young Sam). So not really telling a specific story so much as relating an experience and assuring her there actually is a light at the end of that shitty tunnel.
