No one said being creative came without its challenges. And a mountain of credit card debt, but that’s neither here nor there. In this video, I discuss the bumpy rollercoaster ride that is my Audio Drama Journey. As a certified penny-pinching noob (are we still saying noob in 2026?), learning how to be my own playwriter-audio engineer-social media marketer came with loads of obstacles. All which stemmed from a mind-numbing obsession with being “Ugly”…as in capital U, yes.

Synopsis

When a calamitous prophecy unfolds in the dreamworld, a bumbling apprentice vows to become a great Mystic and halt the resurrection of The Mad Ones. Little does she know, the real threat is not always the one you see coming. Power is both a gift and a curse.

Hi everyone! I wanted to give a huge thank you to all those who followed me. I've given some of you a follow back and will probably get around to the rest of y'all later.

I'm working fiercely on Phase 2 (pen's on fire as we speak), but I wanted to give y'all a little heads up. In addition to Moonpocks, I'm also a real-life folk occultist + research junkie, so I'm gonna be posting insights I get in connection to the audio drama and Native Fay (hence, the title).
