What's Moonray's Chill's sense of style?

I would best describe her style as “Christian Girl Autumn but colorful.” She’s all about cozy sweaters, warm scarves, fuzzy mittens, comfy fur boots, etc and will never deny an opportunity to be at her most stylish. She wears the things she knits and also has a few expensive cashmere items from her dad. Of course she’s always taking pictures and sharing them around in whatever social networks are available to her. While the Christian Girl Autumn aesthetic tends to be colored in beige and neutrals, Moonray likes dressing in the full rainbow available to her, although she definitely leans towards blues and other cool colors. She doesn’t just dress for winter, she embodies it!

Moonray Chill is incredibly spoiled and sheltered by both of her parents and is lacking in quite a few life skills because of that. She is her dad’s only child and her mom really wants to do right by her, so they tend to do a lot of things for her like cooking and ordering all her meals for her. With her dad, especially, she has a list of favorite places to dine out and preferred home-cooked meals for their time together, and he’s happy to oblige. This is the expected thing to do when she’s little, but as she grows older she could stand to start learning to prepare her own meals. Moonray can’t cook very well, not in a humorous “can burn water” way but she just never bothered to learn about following a recipe and using the right measurements. But she does know how to do things like knit a scarf and sew a decorative pillow so she clearly can follow directions. It’s all about having the willpower to transfer those skills.

I think she’s fully capable of finding that willpower. She’s spoiled but not hopelessly so, and could learn to make all her favorite recipes whenever she wants so she doesn’t have to wait on someone else to do it for her. She just needs more incentive and encouragement to want to learn.

She loves nothing more than to spend time with her dad, who takes her on trips and gives her lots of gifts. Even when they aren’t doing much, she can feel secure in knowing that she is comfortable, cared for, and has almost endless opportunities to pursue her creative talents. So when she goes to her mom’s house, she gets quite the culture shock when it isn’t nearly as stable as her dad’s home. Moonray tends to be quite naive, not fully understanding the gravity of what her siblings and mom are dealing with and not always handling it with the most tact. When she thinks she’s simply sharing about her weekend, her siblings think she’s rubbing in that her life is better. Even though she genuinely doesn’t mean it that way, it still leads to a whole lot of friction and misunderstanding all around.
