I suppose it makes a lot more sense now (aside from her shyness) why Violet doesn't talk much in the group. The times she's been in the group have been at night, when she's on her shift at work, and she's not there during the day because she must be sleeping.

At least that's what we can assume 🧐 But yes, it makes sense that she's almost never there, although in episode 3 she seems to be on a day shift, or at least one going into the evening, maybe in the afternoon?

If Adam spent weeks keeping Violet company at work in the evenings, what are the chances that he and Sophia saw each other the night she went to the diner? 🤔

I was thinking about the motel crime and when Adam and Sophia rented the room

It must have been long before it happened, because after the crime, it seems the motel stopped having customers and workers; it had been abandoned for a long time

But the question is... how long had it been abandoned? Because then, Adam and Sophia would have been renting that room for who knows how long, making their reunion not so recent

If, for example, it hadn't been as long as we thought, it's likely that Sophia, since she had the key to the motel, witnessed the crime a week ago (as I've already said, we don't know how long it's been abandoned)

I don't know why, but when Charlie's colleague said it was more his area of expertise (you know, a mystery and horror magazine, we assume), I thought that murder might also be related to the case in some way

We don't know anything about Sophia's parents at the moment, so what are the chances it was them? Especially since they hinted that they must be a married couple

But anyway, there's not enough information and I'm just making up one of my crazy theories; we'll see if that murder turns out to be important in the end

The person they're talking to at the beginning isn't the same person they're talking to later, see Whitmore.

In the first image, they seem quite frustrated, while in the second and third, he appears friendlier, and they haven't gone looking for him yet.

And here's my crazy theory:

Remember the man Ash was talking to? He seemed scared, so it's likely Eric was looking for him because he suspected him for some reason, blaming him for Adam's disappearance. One of them could be Brian, but if Brian is part of the group, it would be strange for him to be looking for him, unless he suspected him of being involved in something dangerous.

But if Brian is the person Eric is talking to, then he knows the guy Ash is talking to, and maybe he doesn't like him for some reason and doesn't trust him.

I know what I'm explaining is a bit confusing, but he must suspect that man for some reason

I think Sophia is connected to us in some ways

Right, so, Sophia came from a pretty well off family, at least by Redlog standard. Years ago some kids came around the estate, at first to look around? And then it got worse with all sorts of vandalism up to the point of leaving dead animal on their porch. And Charlie said it was "completely exsanguinated" which I thought was a pretty interesting detail. That means the animal was completely drained of blood. Why mention that at all? I could be reading too much into it tho.

Could those kids have seen something? Personally if I see something freaky I'd just bolted outta there but teenagers are different.

Her favorite books are The Last Unicorn, Neverwhere, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Do you see the similarities there? An ordinary protagonist enters a hidden, surreal world. The protagonist is a stranger in those world. Sounds familiar? Our card? Her favorite movie is Big Fish, similar themes. Am I reading too much into this or does this feel extremely deliberate?
