Fully Accepted And Fully Loved

Right now whether you choose to believe it or not, you are fully accepted and loved by God. He will always love you and he will always accept you. In fact God will never love or accept you more than he does right now. The full measure of his love and acceptance of you was enacted upon the cross. The depth of his love and acceptance of you was demonstrated in the brutal assault of his son Jesus which was the full payment for human sinfulness. Knowing God begins with the acceptance of his love as demonstrated in Jesus. It is not a magic prayer that leads to relationship with God, it is the genuine acceptance of the free gift which eternally marks the heart with his salvation. God loves you fully and accepts you fully. His arms are open wide to everyone to come and to receive his love. Whether you accept his love or not does not change his heart towards you one bit. He will not love you more. He could not love you less. The choice is yours. Accept this love and know God forever or refuse to accept it and be eternally separated from him. "How can a loving God allow someone to be eternally separated from him?", you might ask. He allows it because you have free will. He will not force you to accept his love. He is not looking for robots that just do whatever he commands. Love that is given freely must be accepted freely to remain love. If you love someone and you force them to love you back, there is no real love there. So it is with God. His love for you is so genuine you have the opportunity to choose not to accept it. The full penalty for your sins has already been paid, you are free from the penalty of sin at the very moment you accept in your heart that Jesus has taken your penalty upon himself. When you accept Jesus as your Savior you have salvation. If you don't accept him the penalty against you still stands and you are left to pay the penalty yourself. You can't blame God. He desires that none will perish but he will not force anyone to love him or accept the free gift of salvation in Jesus. Many wait to come to God. They think they need to get their lives in some sort of "good" way before they come to him. This is foolishness. God loves you and accepts you fully as you are right now. No matter what you are struggling with or what circumstances you are facing in life, come immediately to God. There is no reason to delay. He loves you and accepts you just as you are right now. Getting right with God is just a matter of coming to him as you are and allowing him to infuse his rightness (righteousness) in you. The sooner you realize you can't change a thing about yourself and just cling to God the better off you will be. Beloved, whether you are coming to God for the first time or the four millionth time his arms are open to you. He loves you and he has good plans for your life. Do not hesitate. Simply come. "God I love you and I am choosing today to accept your love and the salvation you have provided for me through your son Jesus. I thank you that you accept me just as I am and that you will help me to change anything in me that you want to change. I give myself to you. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and use me to help those around me. Fullfill all of your purposes for my life." The Incredible Rightness Of Being

 Since we have been made right with God by our faith, we have peace with God. Romans 5:1

Ahhh peace. What an awesome gift we have in peace. Peace is enabled through the understanding that in Christ you will never be more "right" before the Father than you currently stand. The Lord's righteousness (or right standing) before God has already been fully executed on your behalf. You are now fully excused from the penalty of sin under the law and stand fully in the Lord's rightness with the Father. It's done.

If it was not already done you would have no present opportunity for fellowship with God. Those who enter into God's presence must be perfect as he is perfect. But now you do have opportunity for fellowship with God, not through your own perfection, but through the perfect one who made himself an offering on your behalf so through his perfection you might enter into the presence of God. Jesus said he is the only way to the Father and he wasn't saying it to boast or to make himself look good. He said it because it is true. He was the only one whoever lived spotless before God and because of this he was the only one who could have ever fulfilled the penalty of the law on your behalf. It is only through Jesus you can reconnect with the Father. Through the transgression of one man Adam we were all cut off from fellowship with God but now through the rightness of the one perfect man Jesus we have full access restored. You can enter in.

How then shall we live? Shall we because of the right standing imputed to us by another live according to the desires of the flesh and spurn such great a grace? Never let it be said. Though your rightness with God has been secured eternally, the peace you presently enjoy through its outworking in your life has not. The closer your walk here on Earth reflects your eternal rightness in heaven, to that degree you shall have peace. If your walk here is always contrary to your eternal rightness you will not know much of peace.

That is why the Bible says that those who name the name of Jesus ought to walk as he, himself walked. You named him. His full rightness is now displayed on your behalf. You ought to live your life in whatever way most resembles him. Not just for the peace it will bring you but because you love him and want to answer the call to honor him with your life.

I am not saying you won't stumble because you will stumble much. It is not your stumbling that is the concern, the concern is with what you are stumbling towards. A heart set on God no matter how bad the stumble always stumbles towards him. You can stumble frequently and still prosper in intimacy with God. However if your heart is set on anything other than God even the tiniest of stumbles will always cause you to stumble away from him. It is the direction of your heart that determines which way you stumble.

Beloved determine to go after God right now and you will negate all future potential of ever stumbling away from him. Accept the Lord's right standing with God on your behalf and begin walking with God and the peace of God shall begin to flood every area of your life. Live your life towards God and not away from him. He loves you and desires intimacy with you.

"Lord, I thank you for your rightness on my behalf. Help my life to reflect your righteousness here on Earth. I love you God and want to know more of your peace and presence. Please help me."
