Found this SerpentHook HC in my drafts from October so imma just post and leave this here:
Hook would call Morgie a “good boy” as a condescending joke because Morgie was quite literally the VK’s pet (golden retriever vibes) due to his childish nature (/lh), but Morgs loved it so he would purposely keep telling Hook his small accomplishments/obey Uliana and the other VK’s just to hear Hook praise him, condescendingly or not.
Hook never found out. He always did it thinking he was making fun of Morgie.
