1 hour spin before work! 🚲 🤘👏❤️If you’d asked me a couple years ago if I’d be up at 5:30AM to do a workout I would have laughed. I used to hit the snooze button at least 10 times before I’d be forced to get out of bed to avoid being late to school/work/etc. Now it’s up and at em! 🏃♀️🚲🏊♂️💪 I’m not going to say it’s easy for me to get up, there are many mornings I’d rather stay comfy in bed, but that feeling I get post workout is all the motivation I need to GET MOVING. You know that feeling I’m talking about when your muscles burn, sweat is dripping down your face and you’ve given it your all. You can ascribe any number of words to that feeling, awesome, fantastic, wonderful, strong, powerful, accomplished, determined, grit, beautiful, elated, euphoric, satisfied. And perhaps it’s because that feeling can’t be summed up in one word that makes it so special but whatever it is, that’s what gets me up in the morning. 🌅🔹❤️What gets you up in the morning?
