My art for the Summer DxD Moshang Event. Prompt began with "Aromantic Mobei Jun cares very deeply for his husband but it is not enough to save Shang Qinghua from a petty love curse." My idea was that this is the moment they both realize that the curse is slowly turning SQH invisible/incorporeal, and MBJ is realizing that everything they've tried so far hasn't worked.

The prompt was so good I hope I can revisit the idea again in the future, maybe as a comic since I thought the ending was great. " ... It gets pretty distressing until SQH reminds the caster exactly who created the world".

My last post for the DxD Moshang Event! It's pretty wintery for a summer event, but that's to capture the prompt!

"As the new Mobei-Jun ascends, his power causes the north to spread, threatening the demonic territories around it. Somehow, this becomes SQH's problem."

I imagine after this scene SQH turns to see that the explosion of ice powers has begun to spread much farther than he thought...
