i can tell im doing the work bc i was so so miserable earlier but i ended up asking for help and now im not in (cramps) pain (my back still hurts tho) aaaaand. i was able to move forward on a pretty big hand sewing project. that im very. very very excited about. i had to transfer the pattern and then cut out the tissue paper pieces and then glued them to cardstock and cut them out again. and then i ironed interfacing onto my fabric, traced all the pieces onto the back, and now!!! im cutting out the fabric pieces. next step after this is where the sewing starts!!!!!!!! im so excited im gonna try doing wooden bead doll joints on this one
just experienced two solid hours of an inescapable nightmare loop. felt like a couple days in the nightmare. uhhhhhh. anyway im doing excellent my psyche is for sure totally fine and im Not cuddling my doll in progress that still has no head or arms.
making a plush doll of one of my ocs! had to hold her up weirdstyle to take a picture with enough room to draw on. trying to figure out proportions. going for just a little cartoony.
also i just thought this looked cool. its a cute little character all on its own.
We always stop at the Terrarium Shop in Denver when we are around. I picked up some new bones and are using them in these globes I picked up last week from the thrift store. This is the first of three! The other I would like to put a little statue in and I think the third will have more stones 🤔
