@aziraphalelookedwretched and i headcanon that aziraphale is obsessed with bees. they are cute and make honey and he kins the eusocial hierarchy thing.

Aziraphale has a cooking show on the internet. It started out with three viewers, but now he's known as the happy grandfather that blew up overnight. Crowley occasionally makes cameos, has dedicated his garden to giving Aziraphale fresh herbs and vegetables, and struggles with living after the apocalypse.___“Taste this, my dear,” Aziraphale said.

He held a spoonful of jam to Crowley’s lips with his free hand cautiously under it, ready to catch any dripping.

Crowley leaned forward to wrap his lips around the spoon.

Most likely his shyness came from the small tender moments Aziraphale was not afraid of showing the world. It had been the topic of many long conversations after Aziraphale took Crowley’s hand in St. James Park, causing Crowley to freeze and break out in a cold sweat. Being discreet had always been their top priority. For 6,000 years, someone would have surely seen them if they embraced in the middle of London. But now, Aziraphale had assured Crowley, things were different. They no longer needed to hide, but Aziraphale would go as slow as Crowley needed him to.

It was almost funny how their roles had switched after the apocalypse.

After Aziraphale's video on crêpes makes it into Youtube recommendations through a little demonic intervention, he quickly goes viral. Cue college students just trying to make it work, a bunch of young queers who see A.Z. Fell and his husband Anthony as "goals," and quite a few comments from one Newton Pulsifer.

Vlogger AU Part 1/2 [Next]

This AU lives on @mostweakhamlets' blog and was started here and also here on AO3. 

Spot all the easter eggs! I spent an absurd amount of time on this edit. You can't even see that Aziraphale has his angel ring and his wedding ring on in the videos but I know it’s there and that's what matters. 

Specific video headcanons below the cut.

*All headcanons are just my own, please add to them or change them as you like!

1. Homemade Crepes: see part 2/2!

2. Plant Tour: I think after viewers find out that “dear Anthony” has a garden they would want a “Plant Tour.” This was inspired by JennaMarbles’ plant tour where she just heaps praise on all her plants, except in my headcanon Crowley makes a vlog where he recites every plant’s transgressions. 

3. Crying Over Mr. Fell's Charcuterie Video While Making Mac n Cheese: I think this is a fan made video after my own heart. I imagine that Aziraphale makes a video about “charcuterie” but the entire time he’s talking about how wonderful bite-sized foot is and how well tangy/salty food pairs with wine and he’s not being snotty about such a snotty topic, and people just gush over it. 

4. Ravioli and Q&A: I imagine this video to have been a stream where Aziraphale starts with the intention to show everyone how to make ravioli but one thing leads to another and suddenly he’s talking about loving someone that others have deemed “wrong” and helping loved ones through chronic illness, and the ravioli gets made, but it takes twice as long because Azirpahle is talking too much and answering as many questions as he can.

5. Mr. Fell mentioning his husband for fifteen minutes gay: You know that one fan who went through dozens of videos and caught every time Crowley was on camera. In the beginning it was just a peak of him, but later on Aziraphale kept poking the camera outside to watch Crowley in his green house (which would spawn all the requests for video 2 above).

2002: Has Daft Punk inspired you creatively? 

in a way I suppose? I was never much of a composer (listen to my compositions from undergrad they are GARBAGE). but I wrote several essays about their music (and honestly plan on writing more). and they have also instilled with me this attitude of “fuck everything else, we’re doing this for the music.” sometimes we get so stuck thinking about recognition, that we forget why we are creative in the first place? to share art. and I was starting to lose that attitude over the years unfortunately. I really hope it comes back to me now 

2012: Do you have a favorite interview quote?

no but seriously it’s so great to listen to Thomas talk about their music he’s so passionate about their projects. Guy-Man doesn’t really talk so I remember this french interview that whenever he spoke one of the interviewers screamed HE’S ALIVE and they all applauded which was very cute 

I think something that has lived in my head rent free for the past 7 years since I heard it is Guy-Man getting overwhelmed at the thought of meeting Brian Wilson like “[thick french accent] I think I would faint.”

Let me read you a story! It has been a dream of mine (as a podficcer, anyway) to read the tag “frottage in the cottage” in silky tones—AND YET, inexplicably, despite the vast and growing corpus of fics in the Tales of the South Downs Anthology, no one had hitherto used it, as far as the Archive could tell me!

Enter the talented @mostweakhamlets​, who did more than merely entertain my ridiculous proposal—actually wrote this very soft sweet story about a date night for our favourite Ineffable Husbands, which allowed me to mispronounce the phrase TWICE!

Shoutout, too, to the gifted @annapods​, who created a cover for me that perfectly evokes the cosy, homey mood of this piece.
