Do you think Lace and Hollow would be good parents? probably not in my opinion at best they're going to get the milk never come back

Honestly I’m of the total opposite opinion, obviously, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE 3 KIDS— and also in consideration of the fact I feel like they both would want to be better parents than their parents and not repeat those mistakes made.
I feel like Lace would want to prove she could be a better mother than her own mother, stick it to that dead bitch who caused a lot of her trauma and what not LOL but no doubt would she struggle here and there. But in the end she does really well!
Hollow, on the other hand— and very much in my hc— is very good with kids. Like, look, they have a bunch of little siblings they end up tending to AND becoming a parent is just a step up from being a very attentive larger sibling. And in their own way, they want to be better than their own parents too.
These two are fueled by their experiences and wanting to do better for their children.
They kinda surprise adopted Fionn because Lace found him as a wee caterpillar with his deceased father (the rest of the family is dead too rip) and got stupid attached, and YEARS later they finally decide to have the homunculus twins made because they felt ready to have a go at making themselves some magic ass kids.
