Hi!! I wanted to post about how I set my notion up so I can feel better about myself, build consistency/mastery in my life, and get shit done
This is my Systems tab- instead of having daily goals that are the same every day I do a system where I can try to work towards slowly adding things to my routine while building consistency in stuff I often forget to do because my brain goes blank- especially in the mornings with narcolepsy !
This is basically my morning routine- my energy varies so every day I refer to this and do all the essentials, then I try to do at least one priority, and if I can, I generally try to do an optional thing or two. This allows me to mix up my routine that helps me set a nice tone for my day, and also customize it to the spoons I have.
I also have a Daily Task list tab that I create every night, transfer old tasks to, then delete the previous days!! (I generally re-evaluate in the morning if I think of other things or got a work email).
This is my mid-day one- I find it helps a lot to pause and assess how my day is going and figure out what future me would be happy if I spent the rest of my day doing. I use the app Daylio to track mood/behaviors to notice patterns and talk to my therapist about anything I’m concerned about, or things that are going well.
