The view walking outta work... paperwork done! I got people to look out for! When working for an agency that's supposed to help, you tend to shine on everyone you meet because they know you want to make a positive difference. And the only way I know I shine is they shine on me. No one leaves my cubicle unhappy. You have to build up people, not talk behind their back. When heads are going through rough times, they don't need condescending tones and superiority complexes. No one wants to ask for help but that's what we are here to do. And dammit, I'm helping everyone I can before I get my pension. I love owning & operating my business but I'm fulfilled with assisting people who may not be thinking about all natural body products because they didn't eat yesterday. I've given product out at the job, quiet as it's kept, because people need to know for me, it's not about my paycheck. Of course, I'm looking for that every two weeks but it's about the service, the compassion, the aide I provide & the rapport I build.
