I guess if he was good guy, he would have a girlfriend <|3
I guess if he had a gf and try to bully someone, she (his gf) would say "What are you doing?.. 🥺 Why, it's bad, honey :‹" and after her words he'll stop :›
And I also think he could be someone good, but:
1: Family. I think his family love him so much, and parent's position is: "You are better than THEM (I don't know how eng fans call Cowlquape's work/job title 🤔), so you mustn't talk and ever be with them. They're disgusting, they will work in Under Town whole life they live, and your fate here, in Sanctaphrax, with over genius academicians"
2: Atmosphere in Under Town and Sanctaphrax. You know, a lot of plottings, gossips and tension.
3: His friends. I guess they're assholes to.
If he was have good friends and good family, maybe he would be a good person. And when he becomes an adult, I think he can be a great academic! :0
And also, he never be alone when he was, like, 18-19 (like, without friends and family's support), so, it's "herd instinct" influence here :°
1: I guess he would be a "very-very good boy <|3" for his teachers and tutors. But for over studens he would be an arrogant and harmful manipulator, who makes things like "Teacher, you forgot to give us homework! 🥺" just for fan and his ego. He can betray you, or sell you to Mougin (wait for her))
2: I think in this way he would be a dad's fav child, you know. I think he can be a good league man or genius scientists.

I guess, he's more, like "forest boy", so.. Maybe he doesn't really like (he hate) Under Town and Sanctaphrax, because "Townies are disgusting, they're obsessed with their little problems, and don't mind of other peoples.".
He has a big ego, I guess, and maybe hate his father. And when he found, Quint is his father, he went to serve him. And he didn't become captain he become, because he killed his father in front of everyone's eyes. The team approved his act, and went to serve new captain.
And about friendship between Cowlquape and Twig!
1: Cowlquape is the brain, and Twig is the power. So, I guess, they would seized power in both towns, when they were adults. Cowlquape became an Most Highest Academy, 'cause everyone captain needs his own people in the ranks of power. 😇

In my view Twig didn't die. He came into Twilight Forest. He is adult now, so he has a lot of memories, fears, and light moments, so, he couldn't stay sane.
Cowlquape died from another invader, maybe, or, if he became an a league lider, he died from air pirate captain (maybe Twig, who knows? I guess if no, Twig wouldn't know about his death)
She was a slave, so, I guess, she started to sell slaves. 😇
She would be a good pirate, not only like stone pilot, also like murderer and robber! And she is one of main figure on Shrake Slave Market. Not like one of sailsman, like a supplier.
I guess she would die in Wigwigs area. One of shrikes "mothers" would be glad to get rid frome one of the most expensive supplier.
