2008 Mayacamas Vineyards Merlot. Super young, super angry right out of the bottle and needs a lot of time to settle down. But when it begins to, it is chock full of juicy cherry, earth, green tobacco lead and bracing acidity. In the context of Napa Merlot, this is very different from the rest of the pack.
