🐺 My ultimate favorite Kevin Costner film of his career 🐺 I love everything this film represents; from beginning to end 🐺 The love between two cultures but not only that, but the beautiful depiction of the Sioux Indians 🐺 The costuming, the cast, the scenery, how they lived, Two-Socks and the beautiful epic music...it's incredible, unlike everything today, being hip-hop and rap 🐺 My mom's half Cherokee Indian and being able to share that DNA makes me proud 🐺 They were and always will be, the TRUE Americans and just to be clear...it takes more than being white, waving the American flag and shouting "I'm American" 🐺 It was white man that took away the land from the Indians and they weren't/aren't who destroyed the planet, making money from its natural resources 🐺 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 🐺 Now, if you'll excuse me...I'm going to get back to finishing this amazing film 🐺 #kevincostner #danceswithwolves #movie #moviethursday #thursdaythoughts #nativeamericans #momscherokee (at Silverado Ranch, Las Vegas) https://www.instagram.com/p/B-gbuRMApRA/?igshid=kysf7t2e7ep4
